  • Wrong Item / Missing Parts: Received incorrect model or missing items — contact us within 7 days of receipt.
  • No-Reason Returns: Generally not accepted. Due to hygiene and privacy reasons, we do not accept returns for opened or used products.
  • Custom Products: Custom or pre-order items are non-returnable (except for quality issues).

2. Return Process

  1. Contact customer service within 7 days of receipt.
  2. Provide order number, detailed description, and clear photos/videos.
  3. After review and approval, we will provide return address and instructions.
  4. Returned items must be in original packaging, unused (except quality issues), and with all accessories.

3. Refund Method & Time

  • Refund Amount: After deducting shipping fees, duties, etc. (we may cover shipping for quality issues).
  • Refund Time: Processed within 3-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
  • Refunded to the original payment method.

4. Non-Returnable Cases

  • Products that have been used, cleaned, or show obvious signs of intentional damage.
  • Beyond the 7-day return window.
  • Missing original packaging, accessories, or quality inspection labels.
  • Returns for personal reasons (e.g., dissatisfaction with size, subjective dislike) with no quality issues.

 


5. Exchange Policy

For quality issues, we prioritize exchanges (same model or similar value). We cover the shipping cost for one exchange.
