4. If any issues are found, contact customer support immediately and keep all packaging

2. Basic Cleaning

Tools needed: Soft dry cloth, warm water, mild detergent

Steps:

1. Gently dust the surface with a dry cloth
2. Dampen cloth with warm water, wring out excess, wipe the doll's surface
3. For stubborn stains, apply a small amount of mild detergent and wipe gently
4. Dry with a dry cloth and let air-dry in a ventilated area

⚠️ Avoid: Never submerge the doll fully in water, as moisture can damage the internal structure.

3. Pose Adjustment

Joint Design: This doll features a realistic joint system allowing multi-angle pose adjustments.

Steps:

1. Hold the joint area and slowly apply gentle pressure to the desired angle
